This application form contains the legal agreement between you and us. Please fill it out, submit it and also post a cheque made payable to “University of Wolverhampton” for £200, a cheque for £210 in equivalent non-UK currency, or invoicing details. Legal Terms and Conditions

Submission of this form signifies agreement to the following terms.

The decision of the Statistical Cybermetrics Research Group about the results of the audit is final and the audit figures will not be changed to give more favourable results, for example by removing high performing competitive web sites from the analysis.

The Statistical Cybermetrics Research Group undertakes to complete the audit as quickly as possible, and will always complete it within 28 days of receipt of payment or give a complete refund.

Upon completion of the audit, the customer is entitled to choose whether the results are made public or kept private. The Statistical Cybermetrics Research Group will not disclose the results to a third party without permission and will be assume that the audit should be kept private unless notified otherwise in writing or by email from a member of the organisation ordering the audit.

Upon completion of the audit the customer is entitled to display any or all of the following texts in any company literature and on the web for a period of 12 months following notification of completion of the audit. The precise wording of the text will be delivered as part of the audit report.

The customer may display similar text on the web and in reports published after the 12 months has elapsed but must qualify the text with the date of the audit. The restriction is extended for 1 month if a follow-up audit is requested.

The customer is entitled to display the logo of the Statistical Cybermetrics Research Group at any size adjacent to the text described above, both on the web and in print, as long as it is clear that the logo refers to the audit.
